At a time when companies at like Starbucks and Dunkin' were catching flack for reeling in their rewards programs, MOD Pizza sought to do the opposite. More rewards, faster!
I worked closely with the creative team, CRM, and the brand team at MOD to develop the overall concept. I was also responsible for art direction and overall creative of a program that included in-store pieces, an entire suite of digital work, and pre-roll video.
The launch drove a 20% increase in new buyers and outperformed core brand content in digital video formats. Superfast Rewards also outperformed broader business sales trends in the 6 months post launch with support from digital and in-store assets I designed.
